2011 European Veterans Table Tennis Championships

Accreditation
Accreditation for all participants and accompanying persons is held in the sports hall "A-Tipsport Arena »"

All accredited participants are required to wear and present their Accreditation Pass throughout the tournament, in all the halls and shuttle buses.
People without accreditation pass are not admitted in sport halls nor shuttle buses. In case of loss, copy of accreditation card will be issued for € 50.

Colors of key holders:

• blue: men player
• red: women player
• white: registered accompanying person and/or press
• orange: organizer
• black: referee, umpire
• green: exhibitor
• yellow: VIP Access

Zones

• ZONE 1 – playing area, dressing rooms for players
• ZONE 2 - organizers backgrounds
• ZONE 3 – VIP area

Access is allowed according to indications on accreditation card.
Visitors without accreditation pass do not have access to neither zone.

Admission to EVC Halls

• from Monday, June 20 till Friday, June 24 at CZK 50 per day. Children under 140 cm have free admission. Daily admission strips can be purchased at the hospitality desk at the HALL A.
• Final–Day Admission –Saturday, June 25 at 100 CZK. Children up to 140 cm have free admission. The admission can be purchased in the rotunda near the HALL A and/or in the Ticketpro.cz network. Ticket or admission to the halls allows using of the shuttle buses.

Hotels, shops and restaurants accept almost all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Currency and exchange rate
Czech Crown (Koruna) is the official currency, rate 1 € = approx. 24 CZK.
Hotels and good restaurants accept Euro, but check the exchange rate first.

Dressing Rooms
Are marked in each hall. They are not be locked nor supervised; organizers are not responsible for left items.

Excursions, Tours, Trips
Proposed at the hospitality desk for the day off - Wednesday, June 22.

Health Security
A physician is present in each hall during the tournament. Doctor is available in the lobby and on the pitch.

Merchandising
Limited series of T-Shirts with official event symbols as well as other tailorized items are offered at the Official Merchandise Shop in the HALL A.

Opening Ceremony
Will take place on Sunday, June 19 from 19:00 pm in Hall A. 45-minutes program for all accredited participants for free.

Parking
Parking at the Central Car Park Tipsport arena, car: 100 CZK per day, bus 200 CZK per day. Parking is not supervised. Overnight parking at owner's risk.

Problem Desk / Double-trouble Desk HALL A
Operated by ETTU and SCI. Resolve questions about the tournament. Double partners should be registered here till Monday, June 20 12:00 noon. Changes of already-registered pairs possible only in case of non-presence of either player.

Speed Limits in the Czech Republic:

• 50 km/h in the urban areas
• 90 km/h out of town
• 130 km/h on highways and motorways

No tolerance of alcohol for the driver.

Smoking
In all the halls is strictly prohibited.

Starting Number
Each player is required to wear it visibly on his back during the competition.

Transport
Public Transport – a ticket for public transport in Liberec costs 20 CZK for 40 minutes.

Accredited participants can use official shuttle buses. For time schedule see page Official bus », transport map is in the middle of the brochure.
